THE WHY
Heather and Arula are excited to be joining forces and creating a container that encourages you to show up as you are, nurtures your expression and art, and honors your unique path in music creation & production.
"We feel inspired to share this for many reasons, together we’ve explored how similar our past experiences have been; feeling disempowered by certain producer/ collaborators, throwing thousands of dollars away on productions that didn’t come out as we’d hope, felt unseen, worked with those who didn’t understand our vision and particular brand of artistry.
We recognize that our stories are not unique, and that many women are not offered a nurturing path in the music industry and we are here to assist in the creation of that. We both deeply honor men, the brothers we’ve worked with, the paths we’ve taken to get here AND we are hopeful that by speaking our truths of what hasn’t been working, together we can rewrite the narrative and help women reclaim their power in the music industry."
